We had the BEST experience with Hall’s Roofing & Sheet Metal. They helped us so much after a tornado hit our home. They came out and did emergency tarping of our roof and handled all of our repairs. They did a whole roof replacement, repaired & stained our fence after hail damage, repaired our HVAC after hail damage/shifting, replaced our windows/screens, and repainted our home. Adam was our contact, and he personally oversaw all of our repairs and answered any questions we had. He helped us with our insurance adjuster and helped us with our insurance claim on our home. The customer service Adam and Hall's Roofing provided was 10/10! We would use their company again and highly recommend them.

The morning after the May 22, 2024 tornado in Temple, TX, Amber Culver, Adam Baker, and Brandon Sparkman circulated through the Lakepoint Residential Community volunteering their time and supplying materials to tarp/cover damaged roofs. In the following days they also personally helped me with documentation for my homeowners insurance claim. Everything said and done, we contracted with their employer Hall's Roofing and Sheet Metal to replace our roof. Quality of materials, timeliness of completion, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction all get 5 stars.

Very professional, quality work
In 2009, Hall's Roofing installed our metal roof. They did a great job. We just had some siding torn off to replace it, and it was going to leave a gap along the roof where our second floor met the roofline. I called them to see if they could come out and give me a quote to install new flashing and extend the roof panel, and they gave an excellent quote and started on it right away! It looks great, and they did it so quickly that it didn't even slow down our siding installers. Very professional, quality work, and done so quickly! We are very happy we went with this company in 2009 and just as happy with them today in 2023!

My insurance company denied the claim for my roof damaged by hail. When I advised Shannon (Hall), she told me not to worry about it and that she would call the insurance company and get them on board. After climbing up on my roof and taking 40 pictures of all the hail damage, she did exactly that. I now have a new roof paid for by my insurance company thanks to Shannon. Good people, great service. We have used Hall's on our home, bought in 1975, since about 1981. We have nothing but good things to say about our experiences. We have dealt with two generations of Halls, and everyone we have dealt with has been honest, competent, thorough, and friendly. We would not dream of using any other roofer. But we did, unfortunately, use other roofers prior to finding Hall's and I can't think of a single favorable thing to say about those others. Just suffice it to say that there are grifters in the roofing business, and Hall's is definitely not among them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
